Clean, well lit, with attached cafeteria and friendly front staff. Met our needs for an inexpensive, but nice place to sleep and eat perfectly.
Directions to find it were very difficult to follow - perhaps a by product of our not speaking Spanish well.

Great location,close to Burgos.Friendly staff.
This has to be the noisiest Hotel I have ever stayed in ! The walls must be made of paper mache! You could hear absolutely everything within the hotel.It was very difficult to find and we had to phone the Hotel for directions...it is not in Villagonzalo Pedernales itself ,but further down the Motorway ,just off the road towards Madrid /Soria...and there is nothing else surrounding it apart from a large industrial estate.It was OK for an overnight stop,but don't think we would stay there again.

There is excellent parking on site ( once you have navigated your way to it). The rooms are spacious and clean with a shower to die for. The meal in the restaurant was excellent value. For a stopover this place is excellent value.

We have stayed at the hotel before and find it excellent for our purpose - en route from the Mar Menor to Santander ferry.

The staff were very helpful and polite.
My car was loaded with personal items of value, therefore secure parking was an important part of my booking. The secure parking was good in principle, but in practice insecure. During the day and evening up to midnight when the garage is locked overnight, anyone nothing to do with the hotel can walk through the front door, down the steps into the garage, steal form cars (and the hotel wine stock!) and operate the garage door from the inside and drive any vehicle away without anyone seeing. I think that the garage should be locked at all times unless a guest asks for access and can prove who they are.

Ideal hotel for those traveling and just passing through. The rooms were as good if not better than many hotels with higher star ratings, all you need for an overnight stay. Excellent simple wifi and parking easy. We would definitely use this hotel again for the same type of trip.
Not easy to find in the dark or with GPS, the address refers to a junction other than the one you need to take off the motorway, It would be good to publish an address that would work with GPS. Also maybe it would be possible to get a channel on the TV that was in English - even just a CNN news would be good.

Comfortable, with helpful staff. Free WiFi is a real positive. Food was superb.
A bit difficult to find when approaching from the south - you have to keep your eyes open!

The booking in sytem has been changed from a self help system to a friendly receptionist. Much better for road tired tavellers arriving. We also noted with thanks to the hotel that the room TV system had been improved. Very dog friendly.
A better range for breakfast coud be offered (similar to Accor Group) and attract more to have breakfast in the hotel..

Hotel provided all the amenities I expect from an establishment of this type. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
surroundings were industrial/commercial. This did not worry us as we were only using it for an overnight stay, but could be off-putting for someone planning on staying longer. I may not have read the description thoroughly so so apologies if this is actually bapparent from the web-pagbe.

Friendly,helpful staff.Rooms were modern,comfortable and clean.Nice and quiet got a good nights sleep.
Location is not brilliant,but we were using it as a stopover so it was not that important to us.

Hotel Staff were very friendly, and the food in the cafe was excellent!
The bathroom needed a little more care from the cleaner, there were dirty bits all over.
